Welcome to Addiscombe Baptist Church, a lively Christian church based in Addiscombe, near Croydon in South London, UK.
The church has been involved in serving the local diverse community, aiming to serve people, including children and youth, as well as older folk, all from the various mixed cultures represented in Addiscombe. We have been bringing hope through the Christian gospel (good news!) to people in Addiscombe and the Croydon area for over 100 years.
Our mission statement is “Preparing people for the coming King“. We are committed to “holding out to others, the word of life found in Jesus Christ” (Phil 2:15-16) through praying and praising God, proclaiming the Gospel and pastoral care through the power of God’s Holy Spirit.
We are open every Sunday morning at 10.30am where a warm welcome awaits you.
